Two Notes After a Field Trip

1On Friday, Nia's class visited a small train museum. The guide showed them an old steam engine and a shiny brass whistle. After the trip, Nia wrote two notes. The first note was for her friend Sam. The second note was for Mr. Alvarez, the museum guide.

2Note 1
Hey Sam! That museum was super cool, right? I'm gonna tell my mom about the big steam engine. You wanna come over later? We can build a track with my blocks. Catch ya later!

3Note 2
Dear Mr. Alvarez, Thank you for showing our class the museum. I learned that the steam engine is very old. I also liked the shiny whistle. May I visit again with my family? I would like to see the other trains. Sincerely, Nia
