Terms of Service

These terms apply to OwlSheets (owlsheets.com), a library of printable and online K–5 worksheets for teachers, parents and homeschoolers. By using the site you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use OwlSheets.

Who can use OwlSheets

Anyone may browse the site and use free worksheets without an account. Accounts and purchases are for adults (18 or older), such as teachers, parents and guardians. Students may complete worksheets that an adult gives them, but they should not create accounts.

Your account

You sign in with Google or with a one-time link sent to your email. Keep access to that email or Google account safe; you are responsible for what is done with your account. Tell us at [email protected] if you think someone else has used it.

An account and its Premium plan are for one person. Do not share your sign-in with colleagues or other families, and do not create more than one account to get around a limit. You can use your account on your own devices, but only a few devices can stay signed in at the same time; signing in on a new one may sign out the oldest. A school or team that wants Premium for several teachers can contact us.

What you may do with worksheets

• Print, copy and use worksheets with your own students or children, in class, at home or in tutoring.
• Share a worksheet with your students through your own classroom tools.

You may not:

• sell, resell or republish worksheets, or post them on other websites or marketplaces;
• share Premium worksheets with people who have not bought them or do not have Premium, outside your own classroom or family;
• copy the site in bulk, scrape it, or use it to train or build a competing product;
• use bots, scripts, crawlers, download tools or browser automation to open, save or print worksheets, reading passages or games;
• try to get around the Premium lock or interfere with the site.

The worksheets, their text and their design belong to OwlSheets. Using them under these terms does not transfer ownership.

Premium and single worksheets

You can buy single Premium worksheets or a yearly Premium plan that opens every Premium worksheet. Prices are shown on the pricing page and at checkout, in US dollars. A worksheet you buy stays unlocked in your account with no time limit. If we ever remove a worksheet you bought, contact us and we will refund it.

Orders are processed by Lemon Squeezy, our online reseller and Merchant of Record, which handles payment, billing support and sales tax. Your purchase is also subject to Lemon Squeezy’s buyer terms. OwlSheets never sees or stores your card details.

Fair use of Premium

Premium gives one teacher, parent or tutor unlimited use of the library for their own students or children. To keep it that way, we apply fair-use limits on how quickly an account opens resources it has not opened before, including assigning them to a class. Normal classroom use stays well within them. If an account goes over a limit, new resources open again after a short wait; everything already opened keeps working.

To apply these limits and to spot shared or automated accounts, we record which Premium resources an account opens and when, and a scrambled (hashed) form of the device’s IP address and browser. The Privacy Policy explains this data.

Yearly plan, renewal and cancellation

The yearly plan renews automatically every year at the price shown when you subscribed unless you cancel. You can cancel anytime from your account (Manage billing); you keep Premium until the end of the year you paid for. We will email you before a renewal if the price changes.

Accuracy and changes

We check every worksheet, including the answer keys, but mistakes can happen. If you find one, please tell us and we will fix it. We may add, change or remove worksheets and features. The site is provided “as is”; to the extent the law allows, OwlSheets is not liable for indirect losses, and our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

Ending your use

You can stop using OwlSheets at any time and ask us to delete your account. We may limit, suspend or close accounts that break these terms, for example by sharing a sign-in, downloading in bulk or with automated tools, or reselling worksheets. Where we can, we will email you first. An account closed for breaking these terms is not owed a refund.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the current version; for important changes we will notify account holders by email before they take effect.
