Refund Policy

We want every worksheet to be worth what you paid. If something is wrong, tell us and we will make it right.

Single worksheets

If a worksheet you bought does not work, has a mistake we cannot fix quickly, or is not what its page described, ask for a refund within 14 days of purchase and we will refund it.

Yearly plan

• You can cancel anytime from your account (Manage billing). Cancelling stops the next renewal; you keep Premium until the end of the paid year.
• If you are not happy, ask for a refund within 14 days of your first payment or of a renewal and we will refund that payment.
• After 14 days, payments are not refunded, but you can still cancel so you are not charged again.

A refund is meant for a plan that did not work out, not for collecting the library first. We may decline a refund when the account has already opened a large part of the Premium library, or has broken our Terms of Service (for example by sharing a sign-in or downloading in bulk).

Charged by mistake

Duplicate charges and charges after you cancelled are always refunded in full.

How to ask

Email [email protected] from the address you used to buy, or reply to your receipt. Refunds are issued by Lemon Squeezy, our Merchant of Record, to your original payment method, usually within 5–10 business days. A refunded worksheet or plan is removed from your account.
