The Missing Plum

Narrator: It is Saturday morning. Nadia and Sami look at the fruit bowl on the kitchen table.

Nadia: Where is the big purple plum? I wanted it for my snack!

Sami: I did not eat it. I only had a banana.

Narrator: Nadia looks under the table. Sami looks behind the toaster. Then their little sister, Lulu, rolls her toy wagon into the kitchen.

Lulu: Are you looking for the plum? I put it in my wagon to keep it safe.

Narrator: The plum is sitting on top of Lulu's teddy bear.

Sami: Let's cut the plum into three pieces.

Nadia: Good idea! Then we can all share it.
