Our Animal Homes Map

Our class made a big map of animal homes. We started it after New Year's Day, and we hung it in the hall on Earth Day.

Each team picked two animals. Ava's team showed emperor penguins in Antarctica. They also showed kangaroos in Australia. Leo's team put camels in the Sahara Desert and llamas in the Andes Mountains.

My team chose animals that swim. We drew sea otters in the Pacific Ocean. We also drew pink river dolphins in the Amazon River.

We used Zoom Dot stickers to mark each home. We colored the oceans with Blue Wave markers. The map took a lot of work, but everyone was proud of it!
