Lobsters

Lobsters live in the ocean. They walk on the rocky sea floor. In the day, many lobsters hide under rocks.

A lobster has a hard shell. The shell keeps its soft body safe.

A lobster has two claws in front. It uses its claws to grab food. One claw is big and thick. It can crush shells. The other claw is thin. It can cut and tear.

A lobster has two long feelers on its head. The feelers help it find its way in the dark.

A lobster grows, but its shell does not. So the lobster climbs out of its old shell. Its new shell is soft at first. Then it gets hard.
