Amara's Braid

Amara woke up. Her hair was tangled. It had knots all over!

Nana combed it gently. She went slowly and softly, so it did not hurt.

Then Nana split the hair into three parts. She crossed them over and over. Now Amara had a long braid.

Amara looked in the mirror. She beamed and gave Nana a big smile. "I love my braid!" she said.
