Capture the Flag Rules
Make two teams, Red and Blue. Each team puts its flag on a cone. The cones go at the two ends of the gym, beyond the mats.
To start, both teams stand along the white line in the middle. Wait for Coach Bell's whistle.
When the whistle blows, run toward the other team's flag. Watch out! The other team can tag you on their side.
If someone tags you, sit on the bench beside the door. A teammate can free you with a high five.
Grab the flag and carry it across the white line. Then your team wins! During the game, play fair and cheer for everyone.
