The Boomerang

Esme and Uncle Ravi took a boomerang to the big field. During the morning, the wind was soft.

Esme threw the boomerang toward the trees. It spun over the grass. Then it curved and flew back toward her!

Next, she threw it too hard. It sailed beyond the fence and landed in the tall weeds. Uncle Ravi walked around the fence to find it.

After lunch, they played some more. This time, Esme caught the boomerang with both hands.
