Test the Speed

Listen to the test story. Use the graph to answer.

A Rainy-Day Game

At a rainforest ranger post, Imani builds a ball game for rainy breaks. She tests three paths: plain cardboard, cardboard with felt, and cardboard with a block at the start. She uses the same large toy ball, starting spot, and gentle push. She counts the squares traveled by the second clap. The block stops the ball at the start. Her goal is slower rolling than on plain cardboard, without stopping.
