ROSA: Let's recheck your room. Did you look under your bed?

DEV: I looked there twice. My room was untidy, so I cleaned it. Now it is spotless, but there is no cap.

KIWI: (loudly) Unzip the bag! Unzip the bag!

DEV: Not now, Kiwi. I can't play with you today.

ROSA: (softly) Wait! Kiwi only says words she hears. Who said that?

DAD: (calling from the kitchen) I did! This morning, I told Dev to unzip his blue bag and repack it for the game.

DEV: (unzips the bag and peeks inside) My cap! It was under my glove the whole time.

ROSA: (smiling brightly) Kiwi, you are a useful bird.

KIWI: (in a cheerful voice) Useful bird! Useful bird!

DEV: Thank you, Kiwi! I am so thankful. After my game, I will bring you a fresh grape.
