A Letter from the Mountains
1Dear Jonah,
I am at a camp high in the mountains. Yesterday, I saw a snow leopard! The snow leopard sat on a big rock. It had thick gray fur with dark spots.
2The leopard had a long tail. It wrapped the tail around its body like a blanket. Then it jumped to an icy ledge and ran off.
3Later, I saw an eagle in the sky. The eagle flew in slow circles over the camp.
4I took a picture of the leopard with an old camera. I will mail the picture to you soon.
Love,
Aunt Mei
