Kite Day on the Hill

1I am Mia. On a windy day, my brother Ben and I took our red kite to the hill. "Hold the string tight," I told him. "I will," said Ben. The kite jumped up, then it fell in the grass.

2I am Ben. I felt sad when our kite fell. Then Grandpa Joe walked over. "Try again," he said. "Run fast, and let out the string slowly," he told me. I ran across the hill, and our kite rose up, up, up.
